Joshua worked as a paralegal for 4 years from 1981 for Myers Ebner & Deaner and later qualified as a solicitor in 1986 after completing his Training in MS Marks & Co. Having gained experience in personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Family, Criminal, Wills and Administration, Trusts, Insolvency  and Civil Litigation he  went on to join the West End firm Michael Roscoe and Alter & Co to head its litigation department until he left to join S D Rosser & Co. in 1991

Joshua has extensive experience in commercial and general civil litigation, in professional negligence claims, TOLATA claims, Housing, Landlord and Tenant, Court of Protection, Wills and Administration, Probate disputes and  Matrimonial .

Joshua has also spent many years dealing with General Civil Litigation and will provide you with a realistic view of your position and your chances of success.

We are conscious of the cost of Litigation and, where possible, will help you to resolve disputes at an early stage thus minimising the expense.

There are times when solicitors need to move extremely quickly to protect a client’s position in relation to a litigious matter (e.g. obtaining an injunction) and we are able to move quickly if necessary.

Skills and Approach

Dealing with both Divorce and Property Disputes can be time consuming, complex and expensive. Joshua’s approach is to cut through issues to identify what is most important, and wherever possible resolving matters through dialogue. Where it is essential to resort to litigation,  Joshua is resourceful and proactive. He utilises his many years of experience to avoid protracted and expensive procedures. Litigation can be stressful and Joshua helps clients make the right choices in situations where emotions might cloud the issues. This can be especially valuable in matrimonial cases where Joshua prides himself on being very supportive and giving clear and frank advice.


Natalie Morris

Natalie is an Associate Solicitor at this firm and is ultimately supervised by Mr Simon Rosser. Natalie is also a part-time visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster where she teaches Contract Law on the Undergraduate LLB course. Natalie completed the Bar Vocational Course and qualified as a Barrister before retraining as a Solicitor at this firm.

Summary of Work

Experience of dealing with various property transactions and has dealt with a variety of matters concerning residential and some commercial property. Natalie also carries out landlord and tenant work, Will writing and dealing with probate including the administration of estates.
